Ivan runs a very professional crew with M&D Home Repairs. They heard what our needs and wants were and worked with us the entire time. During the renovation, we had a small family emergency and they were able to accommodate us with delaying construction while we worked on personal matters. We were extremely grateful for their flexibility. His crew was always on time and completely cleaned up the job site each day they worked. Each of the county inspectors paid compliments to the craftsmanship of the work that was done. We shopped around quite a bit and found Ivan's fees to be fair and reasonable. Ivan & his team finished our basement for us along with a number of other small tasks throughout the house. Framing, electricity, drywall, flooring, lighting, etc. Really great finished product that we are certainly happy about. Was very easy to communicate with Ivan about progress / work days. The guys who came each day were very good at what they do and friendly & respectful. Will recommend to friends / neighbors and hope to work with Ivan again some day if we need another renovation.

This is the second time hiring Ivan and his crew to do a major reno in my home. This time I gutted and re-did the master bathroom. Ivan and his crew are wonderful. They show up on time and work all day (taking a break only for lunch). They are respectful of my home while they are there. When we ran into some issues (once the walls were opened up, some plumbing needed to be moved), we discussed what the options were as well as what the impact would be on the budget. I would absolutely hire them for more work (and plan to!).
