During the renovation, we had a small family emergency and they were able to accommodate us with delaying construction while we worked on personal matters. We were extremely grateful for their flexibility. His crew was always on time and completely cleaned up the job site each day they worked. Each of the county inspectors paid compliments to the craftsmanship of the work that was done. We shopped around quite a bit and found Ivan's fees to be fair and reasonable. When we ran into some issues (once the walls were opened up, some plumbing needed to be moved), we discussed what the options were as well as what the impact would be on the budget.
